Protagonist of the series “Round 6”, Seong Gi-hun tries to end the deadly game in the new trailer for the second season of the production. The next chapter of the story premieres in December 26th in the Netflix streaming platform catalog.
Played by the Emmy winner Lee Jung-jae Gi-hun, who promised revenge at the end of the first season, is back in gaming. In the new trailer, the character tries to find ways to end games that challenge players’ survival (see below).
In addition to the trailer, the platform released a new poster for the series, which shows the characters on a carousel.

The actors Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-jun and Gong Yoo also return to the series. Already Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Gyu-young, Lee Jin-uk, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-sim, Lee David, Choi Seung-hyun, Roh Jae-won, Jo Yu -ri and Won Ji-an debut in the cast.
“Round 6” will end in the third season which has release forecast for 2025 .
Released in 2021, the first season of “Round 6” conquered the world by following a group of people in desperate search of money who enters into a series of children’s games with deadly results. The series also made history in Emmy Awards becoming the first non-English-language production to be nominated for a Best Drama, in 2022.
The success of the series led to the creation of a spin-off reality show, “Round 6: The Challenge “, which had the participation of the Brazilian Phill Cain finalist of the competition.
