Rochelle in Brazil: see everything the actress from “Everybody’s Chris” did in the country

Tichina Arnold 55, known for playing Rochelle in the series “Everybody hates Chris” felt the love of Brazilians during her visit to Brazil. The actress was one of the guests at the geek event SANA 2024, which took place between the 12th and 14th in Fortaleza, Ceará.

Affection with fans at the airport

Showing charisma, as soon as she arrived, the artist showed that she was already practicing Portuguese, when she recorded a video saying “my man has two jobs”. While still at the airport, she made sure to meet all her fans.

Restaurant with family

Accompanied by her family, Tichina made sure to enjoy the country and shared a moment of fun in a restaurant last Saturday (13). “We are relaxing in beautiful Fortaleza,” she wrote when recording the moment alongside Alijah Kai, her daughter.

Meeting with more Brazilian fans and memes

That same night, the actress who plays Rochelle was stopped on the city streets when she was recognized by fans who were moved by the encounter. As if that weren’t enough, Tichina and her daughter also got on the Maya Massafera bandwagon and learned how to communicate like the influencer.

Guest of SANA 2024, Tichina participated in a panel on Sunday afternoon (14) and had a lot of fun at the event, interacting with the public, winning gifts and learning more about our language, when saying “SANA is the biggest event in the North and Northeast”, in Portuguese.

In the name of entertainment, the actress also met Luniela Roberta, known for identifying herself as the “Brazilian Rochelle”.

Meeting with the voice actress of “Everybody Hates Chris”

Marked by her character in “Everybody Hates Chris”, Tichina Arnord also met Guilene Conte, her voice actress in the series, for the first time. Together, the two reproduced the line “My husband has two jobs”.

Family pride

After receiving so much affection on Brazilian soil, even Zenay R. Arnold, Tichina’s younger sister, was moved to tears when she accompanied her. “My grandmother would be so proud, as she always prayed for Tichina and her career, for the blessing she would be to people all over the world,” she wrote in a post.

“Thank you grandma, because your legacy will continue. We won,” celebrated Zenay, who also confessed that she “never thought she would live to see her older sister loved and embraced like this in another country.”
