Singer Marlon Brendon Coelho Couto, known as Mc Poze do celebrated on social networks a decision of the justice of Rio de Janeiro that determined the return of luxury cars and jewelry seized during a Civil Police operation in November 2024.
The decision was issued by Judge Thales Nogueira of the 1st Criminal Court specializing in criminal organization, who partially accepted the defense of Poze and his wife, Viviane. The process is being a secret of justice.

Lawyer Fernando Henrique Cardoso, from FHC Advogados Associados, stated that three items are not yet in the relationship of goods to be returned: a gold pendant, a bracelet and a cord (unlike the pendant accompanying).
He also reported that he will communicate the court for the Civil Police to speak in the file about the location of these assets.
According to the singer’s defense, the decision acknowledged that there is no bond between the refunded assets and the practices investigated, and proof of the artist’s financial capacity to legally acquire them.
