There are sticks from nordic walking smart, able to read and correct the posture recorded during the activity. There is the pilates in suspension, to be done by stretching out on a special hammock defying gravity. And there is even a version of yoga that takes itself less seriously and focuses on sociability and a good cold beer, the Beer Yoga.
All this and much more was seen in the pavilions of Rimini Wellness Active Edition, the Italian Exhibition Group fair dedicated to trends in fitness and healthy eating held from 24 to 26 September at the Rimini exhibition center.
A great success just to be there, given the prolonged period of closure of the gyms. The presence of many sportsmen, enthusiastic to share a group lesson again, is a great revenge. So much so that we are already thinking about the next edition, from 2 to 5 June, which will involve the pavilions of the fair and the Rimini Riviera.
On the stages and on the platforms there have been presenters renowned as the queen of fitness Jill Cooper, who showed off his new workout Superjump Supersonica, a cardiovascular program to do on the trampoline or on the ground, ideal for toning up and improving microcirculation. The new program is also very intense and varied total body Cyclex® proposed on Technogym bikes where you pedal and do weights and pushups with the arms to the rhythm of music to involve all the muscles.
Among the funniest and most versatile tools there is Flyboard, a special curved board that allows you to combine balance, stretching and dance exercises, toning the muscles, improving posture and coordination, invented by the holistic coach who created the BodyFly ™ Gennaro Setola. Or again the Crab 2.0, a new tool in the shape of a “crab” from 2 to 6 kg that allows you to do functional training in a musical fitness version for groups or more athletic with Crab Athletic designed by the master trainer Flavius Turcanu.
While among the novelties of the FoodWell department, for a healthy and light diet, it has been seen speciale Gelato Low Sugar Zero™ by Why Nature low in sugar and high in protein.
