New Binance CEO Richard Teng assured clients of the strong financial health of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange.
In his first message to users, Richard Teng stated that he will continue the work of Changpeng Zhao and is committed to maintaining Binance’s role as the largest cryptocurrency platform in the world. Teng assured users that they can remain confident in the absolute financial strength and security of the company.
He noted that the Binance administration will continue to expand cooperation with regulatory authorities around the world to maintain high standards of customer service.
Richard Teng became CEO of Binance after Changpeng Zhao resigned amid criminal charges from the US Department of Justice. In announcing his successor, Zhao called Teng a “highly qualified leader,” adding that he “will lead the company through the next period of growth with decades of experience in financial services and regulatory affairs.”
