Binance Director General Richard Teng in an interview with Financial Times said that exchanger experts are actively helping countries, including Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan, to develop cryptocurrency regulation and create national reserves in Bitcoin.

Richard Teng noted that Binance works directly with politicians of interested countries, helping to build legal regulation and infrastructure necessary for the sustainable development of national digital finances.

“After improving the image of Binance, primarily related to a favorable political situation, especially in the United States, we received a large number of requests from governments and sovereign funds for consulting and technological assistance,” Teng said.

In particular, the exchange advises a number of countries on the development of regulatory acts for cryptocurrency regulation when creating sovereign strategic reserves in Bitcoin.

Teng emphasized that a significant step in strengthening the image of Binance in the formation of state policy in the field of digital assets was the appointment of the founder of Binance Changpeng Zhao, Cryptical Policy Advisor in Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan in April 2025.

In Pakistan, the chief shareholder and the former general director of Binance cooperates with the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank and the Securities Commission. In Kyrgyzstan, Zhao, on behalf of the exchange, signed a memorandum of understanding to support blockchain infrastructure, which confirms the active role of Binance in the region.

Earlier, Binance Director General Richard Teng said that the Crypton Cryptation caused by macroeconomic events may be short -term phenomenon and will not last long.
