Restaurant brings to the center of SP beach environment with fresh seafood

On a blue -painted facade that immediately refers to the sea – and with few chairs scattered on the sidewalk where, there is invariably waiting line – is the Muli.

Inaugurated at the end of 2023, the restaurant is commanded by the chef’s talented hands Giovanni Renê and has drink bar under the creative care of Erick Adam.

The menu is an irresistible invitation for those who want to feel on the beach – okay, you have to activate the imagination – but the proposal is clear: lightness, freshness and a touch of sea breeze on the plate.

Unmissable to share and start the meal, are the very thin chips with sour cream with very lemon and tuna healed on top (R $ 69); The fish of the day healed with ponzu of chicken foot, orange Bahia, tomato and parsley oil (R $ 65); Or the fresh lick with beer reduction and leek, caramelized onion and coriander accompanied by fries or bread (R $ 89).

In the sanding wing, three options designed to please all tastes: the traditional meat burger (R $ 49), the mushroom vegetarian with American Cheese and Guacamole (R $ 59) and the success of the audience – the tuna snack (R $ 72), served in brioche bread with a beautiful piece of healed tuna and strong root mayonnaise.
