Rest, preparation and organization: teacher gives tips for taking the Enem

The National High School Exam (Enem) begins this Sunday (13).

In this first stage, the candidate will face tests of languages, codes and their technologies, writing and human sciences.

This year, 3.4 million students are expected to participate in this edition.

THE CNN Radio pedagogue and Master in Education Leticia Lyle stated that there are three important components that involve the test.

“The issue of all knowledge, in the case of skills and abilities, writing training, since the test has a time for completion, and mental health.”

Leticia listed some essential tips for this moment.

The first is to prepare all documents, ensure materials for the test, leave everything ready, such as the exam location, pens to be used, knowing the times, etc.

A second point is to rest.

“Doing things you like, being with family, friends, doing things that calm your mind, because it’s a big effort to take the test.”

At the time of the exam, the teacher highlighted that the main tip is to start with the stage that the student has the most ease.

In terms of writing, she remembers that the more you write, the better you write.

“Writing requires preparation and the ability to adapt, it is important to train, especially to be creative and read relevant topics.”

Leticia reinforces that mental health, especially with regard to anxiety, is essential at this time.

“This is not the time for self-demand, for fighting, because this reduces capacity, decompression is important, we see desperate students reviewing millions of things, but now is the time to look at what you need to be calm”, he added. .

The second day of Enem will be on November 20th.
