Repsol has approved a new organizational structure to develop the Strategic Plan recently presented by the company that responds to the objectives of transformation and acceleration of the energy transition, and is oriented to the great business and corporate challenges that it will address in the coming years.
According to the company informs the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), in the new organization, Luis Cabra will be CEO of Transitional Energy, Sustainability and Technology and will report directly to CEO, Josu Jon Imaz.
In addition, he joins the Executive Committee Juan Abascal, until now responsible for M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), who will lead the Industrial Transformation and Circular Economy area, in which Repsol wants to maintain its leadership.
For its part, the general director MarÃa Victoria Zingoni will be responsible for the Customer and Renewables areas, two of the great growth vectors of the company.
On the other hand, as part of the impulse of the digitization processes and acceleration of the global services model in the company as a whole, Valero MarÃn, until now director of Information Systems and Digitization, responsible for the Digitization and Global Services area.
Likewise, Carmen Muà ± oz, the director responsible for the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) business, has assumed the People and Organization area.
In the General Directorate of Communication, Institutional Relations and the Office of the President, the until now general director of People and Organization, Arturo Gonzalo, will replace Begoà ± a Elices, who leaves the company. Arturo Gonzalo will also have responsibility for the Audit, Control and Risks area.
