From Friday (3) to this Saturday (4), Rio Grande do Sul reduced the number of dams in an emergency situation to two, according to a balance released by the state government.

The situation is more delicate in Serra Gaúcha, where, due to the rains that have fallen in the state in recent days, the dam at the 14 de Julho Hydroelectric Plant partially broke, causing waves up to two meters high, according to authorities.
