Public Prosecution Service investigates end of truce between CCP and Comando Vermelho

The São Paulo Public Prosecution Service investigates the supposed end of the truce between the two largest criminal factions in the country.

At least one circular, which would have been signed by the Red Command, dated April 28, points out that the “Peace” relationship with the first command of the capital came to an end.

The truce, announced in February, aimed to cease deaths between groups, reduce war costs and ensure the continuity of illegal business.

The partnership between the two criminal organizations was in an intelligence report from the Ministry of Justice and based an operation against the CV in Rio de Janeiro this month.

The circular viralized among messaging groups and came to the notice of MPSP, which also had access to other information, the so -called “salves”, which are warnings of the summit to the factories.

One reason for the break, according to authorities investigating factions, is regional feuds – which made the agreement sewn by the bosses imprisoned and that he prosper.

Sources from the Ministry of Justice told CNN that the end of the truce was already expected. “One hour this junction was going to conflict,” said an investigator under reserve.

The statement, obtained by the report and determined by the authorities about its truth, says it is a message “to all states and countries.”

The National Secretariat of Criminal Policies, of the MJ, has not yet commented.
