Poll in Britain shows victory for Labor – Stomp for Tories

Her Labor Party Britain is on course for a historic victory in this year's election, possibly surpassing that of Tony Blair in 1997, according to poll published by the Mirror newspaper today.

The Find Out Now/Electoral Calculus survey was conducted from January 24 to February 12 and surveyed 18,151 citizens.

According to the poll published by the Mirror, Keir Starmer's Labor secured 42% to 22% for Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's Conservatives. As a result, Labor is estimated to increase its parliamentary strength to 452 seats (+249 compared to 2019), while the Tories will be reduced to 80 seats (–285 compared to 2019).

The Mirror newspaper highlights that 18 ministers are at risk of not being elected. They include Finance Minister Jeremy Hunt and Defense Secretary Grant Shapps.
