The collision occurred on the A1 road of Newcastle, northern England.
The video showed destroyed cars and wreckage scattered across the floor, with a car leaning against the track barrier next door.
“A 20 -year -old man was later arrested on suspicion of causing serious injuries to dangerous driving. A 20 -year -old woman was arrested on suspicion of helping and instigating dangerous driving,” Northumbria police said in a statement.
The road has already been reopened to drivers.
