Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being used by some people in a negative way, since they are currently creating nudes of any woman, based on the common images that girls share on their networks.
Without the consent of the victims, cybercriminals create so-called deepfakes pornographic, which is adult content that is characterized as false. Under this system, anyone who has photos on the internet is exposed.
The voices calling for new AI technology to be regulated are growing more and more, as unscrupulous people are taking advantage of the lack of restrictions in this area, which generates abuses against different people.
A case that has recently gone viral is that of the TikTok user @Rache.lzh5, who denounced in a video uploaded to the network that they used her normal photos, where she was dressed, to turn them into false images where they show her naked, without her consent. With tears in her eyes, Rachel spoke of her frustration over what had happened.
@rache.lzh5 u deserve nothing
They were photos of me that I had posted fully clothed and they used an AI editor to edit me naked. It’s very rare, but it’s rarer that they’ll send them to me and what’s even worse is that the next day when I woke up, I had dozens of messages with these images, but without the watermark. They distributed them as if they were real.
In addition, in the United States it was discovered that the youtuber and American content creator Atrioc entered a page that specializes in making deepfakes pornographic of streamers famous. In the end, the man apologized for doing this and mentioned that he only did it out of curiosity, but announced that he would be taking time off the internet for a while.
In Mexico, the Olimpia Law is in force, which prohibits this type of practice, since even if it involves false images, the damage is enormous, since the anguish, frustration, and pain experienced by the victims is absolutely real.
