Three Brazilian bars, all located in São Paulo, appear among the honorees of the 19th edition of Spirited Awards International Cocktail Awards presided over by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation. THE Santana Bar the Subish and the Ex -Ímia Bar appear in different categories.
Last week, the foundation released the list of honorees, which “represent the best in industry.” The honorees are divided into various categories, separated between different regions of the world and compete for the final award in July.
THE Santana Bar in Pinheiros, is on the list of “Best International Bar of cocktails – Latin America and Caribbean”. Inaugurated in 2021 by Bartender Gabriel Santana, the house is also today in the 50 Best Discovery. The letter contains copyright and classic.
In turn, the Subish in Vila Madalena, appears in the “Best International Bar team – Latin America and the Caribbean”. In the bar, touched by Alex Sepulchro the Brazilian cocktail gains place with recipes that value national biomes. Already the Ex -Ímia Bar It appears in the “Best New International Cocktail Bar – Latin America and Caribbean” category. Also present on platform 50 Best Discovery, the bar is in Itaim Bibi and has as partners Bartender Márcio Silva and chef Manu Buffara. From the counter, drums are based on research on anthropology, originality and history of vintage and classic cocktails.
The Spirited Awards ceremony will take place on July 24 during the Tales of the Cocktail Annual Conference. The host city will be New Orleans.
