Parrilla Rufino arrives in Leblon with traditional Argentine cuts

Born in Buenos Aires, in the basement of the five-star Mio hotel, in Recoleta, the classy Rufino grill arrives in Leblon with an appetite to compete for a place among the best à la carte meat restaurants in Rio.

With an attractive setting, the Rio branch was installed on a corner of Rua Tubira by the restaurateur Martin Vidal — also creator of San Omakase, an intimate and refined Japanese restaurant specializing in tastings.

Rufino's greatest asset is in quality of meat and in the careful preparation of the cuts on the grills heated with charcoal and eucalyptus.

The meat, all Argentinean, arrives at the house once a week only chilled — and not frozen. Therefore, the taste of fresh, high-quality meat is evident on the palate.

Furthermore, they come off the grill at the correct point — pink in the center, soft and with preserved juiciness, showing the skill of the roasters.
