Parintins Festival: Isabelle performs 1st technical rehearsal for Garantido; watch

Cunhã-poranga and ex-BBB Isabelle Nogueira carried out the first technical test by Garantido for the Parintins Festival . The activity was carried out on Tuesday night (18), at Curral Lindolfo Monteverde, “home” of the red and white ox, in Parintins.

The rehearsal unfolded to the sound of the tune “Isa-a-Bela ”, made for Isabelle and which played in several moments of her during Big Brother Brasil 24. The images from the rehearsal were provided by the profile “Loucos Pelo Garantido” for the CNN . Watch:

The Parintins Festival starts next Friday (28), in the interior of Amazonas. It will be the 57th title fight between the Caprichoso and Garantido oxen.

Title dispute

Caprichoso, with 25 titles, is looking for its third consecutive championship (it was champion in 2022 and 2023) this year. Garantido, with 32 wins, is trying to become champion again. His last victory was in 2019.

In the arena, the bumbás perform during the three nights of the event . The order of presentations will be determined by draw on Thursday (27). Each ox has a 2 and a half hour presentation to tell the story defined for that day. The stories presented are part of an overall presentation theme for the festival.

This year, Caprichoso comes with the theme “Culture, the Triumph of the People ”. Garantido takes the theme “Secrets of the Heart ”.

Determination

Scores are always calculated on the Monday after the festival. In 2024, the date is July 1st. The jurors chosen to evaluate the oxen observe 21 items that make up the bumbá oxen. Grades range from 0 to 10, and can be given in decimal places (9.9, 9.8, 9.7…). The ox with the most points from the sum of the results from the three nights of the Festival wins.
