Decentralized exchange PancakeSwap has added support for the Base L2 network.

PancakeSwap said Base will help users reduce gas fees, speed up transactions, and improve capital efficiency.
The statement also said that Base is creating the basis for the mass adoption of DeFi. Over time, PancakeSwap will add its swap and liquidity features.
Base is the eighth blockchain that supports PancakeSwap. Also available on the exchange are BNB Chain, Ethereum, Aptos, Polygon zkEVM, zkSync Era and Arbitrum One.
The platform has also recently added support for Linea.
