The Palestinian Raed Asaliya lamented the loss of his 32 -year -old son Ghassan, who was killed with his wife and his five children in a new Israeli attack that hit the tent where they were sheltering, second rescuers.
Asaliya and their son had set up tents in Jabalia after his house was destroyed during the war.
“Seven people, none of them left. He, his wife and five children were erased from the civil registry,” said Asaliya, 56, before naming his grandchildren one by one.
“At 1:20 am, the attack happened. I woke up in a jump, looked (around) and ran out of my tent, toward my son’s tent. I found him dead, along with his sons and wife, shattered. Israel began the war in Gaza in response to Hamas’s attack south of the country in October 2023, which killed 1,200 people and hostage, according to Israeli data.

The Israeli army stated that bombing is necessary to crush Hamas and accused the group of hiding among the Palestinian population.
In his report, Asaliya asked for the end of the attacks, and stating that the region is lacking in food and water:
“I ask Arab countries and the Arab peoples to make action. We are being massacred. There is no food, no water. Massacres are happening, next to each other.
