You Firefighters who fought the fires in Los Angeles, in the United States, were honored at the ceremony of the Oscar 2025 which happens in Hollywood, this Sunday (2).
“We will receive on stage the people who fought against the forest fire [em Los Angeles]. Thank you very much to the Los Angeles Fire Department, ”announced Conan O’Brien. The ceremony guests stood to receive the team.
Forest fires in the United States in January left at least 25 people killed, damaged or destroyed more than 12,000 homes and other properties, and forced up to 200,000 people to move.
The Critics Choice Awards Award was postponed twice after the fires in Los Angeles, and went from January 12 to February 7th.
