A total of 2,040 shareholders responded positively to OPAP’s scrip dividend reinvestment program, choosing to reinvest in the company, with the result that participation in the program rose to 61.41% of the total share capital excluding own shares, as the Organization announced today.
It is noted that Allwyn International as, the largest shareholder in OPAP, chose to participate in the reinvestment program with all the shares it controls.
As a result of the full participation in the reinvestment program as well as the purchase of shares, the current total percentage of participation of Allwyn International amounts to 49.80% of the total share capital.
On Monday, August 8, 2022, the dividend will be paid and at the same time 7,423,668 new shares will be traded.
