Only with the demonstration of rapid test or PCR in force of 72 hours or a document that proves that he has been vaccinated with at least the 1st dose, the citizens will now be able to come to restaurants, gathering places (gym, theaters, retail, etc.) in Cyprus.
As announced by the Minister of Health of Cyprus Konstantinos Ioannou, after the decisions for a 2-week lockdown in Cyprus from Monday 26/4 until Sunday 9/5, from May 10, 2021 the measures announced by the Government at noon on Friday will be lifted ( 23/3) and the current regulations are restored, provided that in places where there is a gathering (restaurants, gathering places, gym, retail, theaters, etc.), the visitor must have a rapid test or PCR valid for 72 hours or has been vaccinated with at least the first dose and has passed three weeks or has been ill with COVID-19 for the last 3 (three) months.
The adoption of the above regulation will enable the easier and safer movement of citizens and will allow citizens to return safely to more normal conditions.
