CD Projekt talked about the number of copies sold of its role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077, and also revealed some other interesting numbers related to the problematic game.
By the end of 2020, the company estimates that over 13.7 million copies of Cyberpunk 2077 have been sold across all platforms, based on information from distributors. The majority came from digital purchases, which accounted for 73% of sales. 56% of buyers chose the PC / Stadia version, 28% came from the PlayStation 4, another 17% came from Xbox One owners. Revenue was about $ 316 million.

After the unsuccessful launch of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt invited customers to return the game and get money back through the Help Me Refund program. According to the company, only about 30,000 copies were returned as a result, while the company cost the entire reimbursement program $ 2.23 million.
