Olivia Culpo and Angelica Donati’s Wedding, Milly Carlucci’s Daughter: Two (Different) Beauty Looks for the Brunette Bride

As well as the wedding dress, we know that too the beauty look chosen to match the dress on the most beautiful day has a huge importance. And so we never have enough of wedding beauty inspirations and knowing tips and trends for the big day.

Last weekend was particularly rich from this point of view: two weddings in particular attracted us, that of the American model and former Miss Universe, Olivia Culpoand of daughter of Milly Carlucci, Angelica Donati, manager and entrepreneur.

The first, thirty-two years old, got married in Rhode Island to football champion Christian McCaffrey, the second, thirty-seven, pronounced her vows of love in Tuscany when she married Fabio Borghese, a descendant of the dynasty of Pope Paul VI.

Two locations separated by different meridians and parallels, as well as the lives of the two, united however by the choice of the wedding day and the colors that distinguish them: two examples of Mediterranean women with chocolate hair and dark eyes. Theirs wedding beauty look couldn’t have been more different though: one has, in fact, focused on extreme naturalness, the other for a more particular and evident effect. Let’s go and see the beauty lessons that Olivia Culpo and Angelica Donati served us on a silver platter at their wedding.

Olivia Culpo without mascara on her wedding day

Beautifully wrapped in a dream dress by Dolce&Gabbana, Olivia Culpo She paired her princess dress with a extremely natural beauty look starting from the make-up. Going against the grain, the model has, in fact, opted for a minimalist make-up on her wedding day, even giving up mascara and fixing gel for eyebrows, explaining to Vogue USA that her goal was to have a look that complemented her rather than overpowered her, exuding timeless elegance. Her lips also remained clearly nude while her complexion appeared firm and luminous.

The hair clearly followed the same mood: Olivia kept it loose, slightly wavy and parted in the center.

So, for the wedding, Culpo chose a look that authentically represented her, emphasizing natural beauty and simple sophistication. Furthermore, last month, the former Miss also announced that she had dissolved the filler in her lips, again in the name of a more natural version of herself in view of the big day.

Angelica Donati and wedding smokey eyes

Exactly the opposite of the American model in terms of beauty, Angelica Donati to say “yes, I want it” to her Fabio Borghese she focused on hair and make-up with special effects, proving to be a convinced supporter of the team of those who want to show off something absolutely out of the ordinary for a special occasion (after all, how can you blame her?).

And so Milly Carlucci’s daughter aimed, as far as her hair is concerned, for a very tight and chic updo, slightly gelled and which left her face exposed. The bride decided to put the gaze stands out, already defined by impeccable eyebrows and embellished with intense smokey eyes and several strokes of mascara. She applied a natural-looking lipstick on his lips.
