And the creators of LoL, the main competitor to Dota 2 in the MOBA genre, Riot Games did not want to lag behind Valve. As a result, Arcane became profitable for both the streaming service and the game developer. The animated series is set in the utopian land of Piltover and the violent underworld of Zaune. The main storyline will tell about the rise of two legendary champions of the League – V and Jinx – and the power that will spread them on opposite sides of the barricades. The series is also expected to include such champions as Caitlin, Victor, Heimerdinger and several others.
