“No possibility can be ruled out,” Pedro Sanchez says of the blackout – no reference to ‘atmospheric phenomenon’

According to Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, the cause of the blackout that influenced his country, Portugal and parts of France, remains unknown. The Spanish prime minister gave a press conference in which he called for restraint, warning citizens of the country to avoid speculation as “no possibility can now be ruled out”. Pedro Sanchez addressed three recommendations: the Spanish prime minister called on citizens to make responsible use of mobile phones, making brief calls and to appeal to emergency services only when absolutely necessary. According to Pedro Sanchez, electricity was restored in several parts of the country, in collaboration with both France and Morocco.
