A woman sued the singer Nick Carter 45, and accused him of having her raped and transmitted a series of sexually transmitted infections (ISTS) . The singer denies the accusations.
In the process, obtained by TMZ, Laura Penly claimed that the star of the Backstreet Boys A assaulted sexually several times . The documents point out that they met in 2004 and had sex in an apartment in Los Angeles. In these relationships, she asked him to use a condom, but he refused, stating that “he was clean of ISTs.”
The woman says that once, in 2005, the artist forced to have sex . She described that the relationship was not consensual and that he did not use condom . He also remembered having spoken several times “no” at the time.

To TMZ, the defense of the star denied the statements and insinuated what Laura Penly has “financial and legal problems” . “It’s yet another nonsense as conspirators and their lawyers who continue to abuse the judiciary to try to ruin Nick Carter. It is inspired by the same predictable manual: to be lurked for decades until Mr. Carter is celebrating a professional framework and then hiding behind the dispute to make totally false allegations.”
This is not the first that Nick Carter is accused of sexual abuse. Last year, the Backstreet Boys singer had already sued women who accused him of the crime, pointing out that they were “opportunists.”
