New Shepard is a fully reusable suborbital rocket system, and Blue Origin’s bet to invest in space tourism.
The rocket was baptized in honor of astronaut Alan Shepard, the first American to go to the space.
Blue Origin, as well as other companies in the sector, invests in reuse of the material to reduce the cost of space travel – in New Shepard, the propeller, the capsule, the annulment fin, the engine, the landing train and the parachutes are rescued to be used again in upcoming missions.

The ship has a be-3pm engine, powered by liquid and hydrogen oxygen, which generate the only byproduct of the water vapor without carbon emissions.
In addition, the New Shepard is an autonomous ship, that is, none of the flight crew will have to drive – all commands will be sent by the control base on the ground.
This will be the 31st mission of the ship and the 11th manned flight with humans.
The six women will go to the space in the rocket crew capsule, a room with space for six people sit in a circle. Each will have their own window to appreciate the view of planet Earth seen from above.
