Kia has unveiled a new version of the Kia Sportage Ace crossover, which has gone on sale in China, called the Kia Sportage Ace GT-Line. The car received a redesigned grille and bumper with an orange accent. The door sills and rear bumper are decorated with the same inserts.
The changes don’t end there, though: The Kia Sportage Ace GT-Line also gets a new steering wheel and gear selector, as well as a new dashboard and a large 10.25-inch screen for the infotainment system. The control unit for the climate control system was made touch-sensitive. No matter how indignant the observers are about this, all manufacturers are gradually coming to this decision. The finishing materials have also changed compared to the standard version.
The base version is priced at $ 21,640, while the packaged version is priced at $ 24,425: customers will get adaptive cruise control, automatic braking, automatic high beam switching, lane keeping and heated all seats.
The front-wheel drive Kia Sportage Ace GT-Line is equipped with a 200 hp 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, which is paired with a 7-speed robotic gearbox.
In Russia, a completely different Kia Sportage 2022 will be released, which has already been noticed on European roads.
