It is not very convenient to keep track of new products on several online sites at once. However, there is nothing easier than opening such a selection of films in quality and choosing a fresh digital release, which can be found on the Internet, for evening viewing.

“Top Gun: Maverick” (Top Gun: Maverick, 2022, 16+)

  • Kinopoisk: 8.1.
  • IMDb: 8.6.

The main character of the picture, traditionally played by Tom Cruise, is called Pete Mitchell. For more than three decades, he has been considered almost the best pilot in the US Navy. It seems that there is absolutely nothing impossible for him – that is why he was known as a test pilot who expands the boundaries of reality and violates the laws of physics. Maverick, this is the nickname of the main character, loves the sky much more than the earth – apparently, it is precisely because of this that he does not strive to climb the ladder of military ranks, which will definitely reduce the number of his flights. Mitchell’s life changes after meeting Lieutenant Bradley Bradshaw.

Bradley is the son of the late Nick Bradshaw, a good friend of the protagonist of the film. A new acquaintance awakens the ghosts of the past, which again begin to haunt Pete, along with fears from the depths of his soul. The main character will have to regain self-confidence – otherwise he will fail the mission and endanger other people’s lives.

“Jurassic World: Dominion” (Jurassic World Dominion, 2022, 12+)

  • Kinopoisk: 5.6.
  • IMDb: 5.7.

The third part of the actual series “Jurassic World”. It continues the classic story of the amusement park, which managed to recreate the most majestic animals that have ever inhabited our planet. Being imprisoned on the island of Nublar, dinosaurs can only entertain tourists who come here. However, everything changes after an unexpected volcanic eruption. Chaos breaks out in and around the park, employees can no longer cope with rather big “pets”, they break free and go to the mainland to populate it. Obviously, in this case, the existence of another species, man, will be called into question.

Claire Deering, who previously ran the ill-fated amusement park, and the dashing trainer Owen Grady intervene in the confrontation. Their goal seems like a complete gamble, but it is 100% clear to everyone that not just a country or city, but every inhabitant of the planet is under threat.

“Day Shift” (Day Shift, 2022, 16+)

  • Kinopoisk: 6.4.
  • IMDb: 6.1.

A rather unusual, 100% extraordinary and very unexpected film that tells about the “most ordinary” pool cleaner named Bad Jablonski. He leads a double life. On the one hand, he is trying with all his might to maintain a relationship with his beloved teenage daughter, who lives with her ex-mother. On the other hand, he is professionally engaged in killing vampires – he hunts down bloodthirsty monsters, pulls out their fangs, which are valued on the black market, and, together with his colleagues, even once belonged to the corresponding trade union. A common occurrence in the San Fernando Valley.

Everything changes when the main character finds out that the ex-wife is going to sell the house and take his daughter to Florida to her mother. The problem is money – they are critically lacking, so the family gets deeper and deeper into the debt hole. Bud decides to return to the union so that he can get paid again for killing vampires – the only way he will quickly raise funds.

“The Gray Man” (The Gray Man, 2022, 13+)

  • Kinopoisk: 6.4.
  • IMDb: 6.5.

A most curious spy story, of which there are not so many today. At its center is Kurt Gentry, a former criminal who once served time for murder. However, in 2003, in order to turn him into a secret agent for special purposes, he was recruited by the CIA. He becomes the so-called gray man – in fact, the entity without a name, who receives the call sign “Sierra Six”. The main character of the picture has been doing a new job quite successfully for over 18 years. But his career comes to a sudden halt after another target is eliminated – a former special agent with the call sign Sierra Four.

From a failed colleague, Kurt receives an information carrier that can become a huge problem for the entire Sierra CIA secret agent program. He must give the data to his superiors, but decides not to. Therefore, it becomes the No. 1 target for former partners, as well as insane mercenaries.

“Elvis” (Elvis, 2022, 13+)

  • Kinopoisk: 7.3.
  • IMDb: 7.6.

On the one hand, it is not so easy to find a truly ardent fan of Elvis Presley’s work – apart from a couple of hits, today few people are really familiar with his work. On the other hand, it is difficult to find a person who has not heard about the king of rock and roll, who turned the music world upside down and actually created a new genre. The film with biographical plot threads tells about a rather complex and lengthy creative path, as well as the life of an artist. His road to fame turned out to be painfully thorny, but he overcame it – in the end, they admired him, they wanted to listen to him, for many he became an idol and even an idol.

The dramatic musical also shows Elvis’ life through his relationship with his manager, ex-military Tom Parker. This collaboration lasted from the very beginning of Presley’s career and ended with his unprecedented success – this story stretched out for 20 long years.
