Singer Roberto Carlos paid tribute to his friend Erasmo Carlos, who died this Tuesday (22), at the age of 81, after presenting with an edemigenic syndrome.
The king posted, on his social networks, a video with several photos with Erasmo, and the song “Amigo”, performed by both in several presentations, such as at Roberto’s 50th anniversary show, where Erasmo surprised him on stage.
“My pain is very great, I don’t even know how to say everything I think about my dear friend, my big brother. My idol for everything, for his loyalty, his intelligence, his kindness, for everything I know of him. A wonderful human being is my brother”, wrote Roberto Carlos.
Still in the publication in honor of his friend since the time of Jovem Guarda, in the 1950s, Roberto Carlos said that Erasmo will live forever in his heart.
“It is a privilege for me to have a friend, a brother like that for all these years. Hard to find words to talk about this guy: my friend Erasmo Carlos. He will always live in my heart. May our God of goodness protect and bless you always. Amen, amen, amen”.
