Ivan Rejane Pinto was arrested by the PF in July, in Belo Horizonte, by decision of Alexandre de Moraes, accused of spreading false information about the Court’s performance.
In the posts on social networks that supported the arrest, the accused made several attacks on Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Gleisi Hoffmann and Marcelo Freixo, in addition to criticizing STF ministers appointed by the PT.
