Miss Italy 2021, here is who the winner Zeudi Di Palma is

The winner of the title of Miss Italy 2021 is the Zeudi Di Palma bell. The competitor from Scampia is 20 years old and is a Sociology student atFederico II University of Naples, as well as president of the La Lanterna di Scampia association, which protects the young people of the neighborhood by giving them an alternative to street life.

The queen – whose name in the language tigri means imperial crown – was in the final with Gabriella Bagnasco (Basilicata) and another Neapolitan, Lorena Tonacci.

This unusual edition, already postponed due to Covid-19, took place in Venice in the presence of the mayor Luigi Brugnaro, who tweeted: “Women have shown, once again, to be the future.” Under the patronage of Patrizia Mirigliani and conducted by Elettra Lamborghini, the evening reserved many emotions and surprises, especially for the way it took place, on the platform Helbiz Live of the Casino.

Brunette, brown eyes, 1.72 tall, she has already won the title of Miss Napoli, a sash dedicated to her mother. The winner describes herself as “a model with a passion for football”, a love for design and music and an entrepreneur’s dream. And to think that due to a technical error, the competitor had previously been eliminated. That is why this victory comes more unexpectedly than usual. «When I was eliminated – explains Zeudi Di Palma – I had a moment of hesitation. For me it is an unexpected and really beautiful victory. Miss Italy is a family and it is a path that I wish for every girl, beyond victory. The girls were wonderful and a beautiful friendship was born with some of them that I intend to cultivate and preserve ».

After 20 years the title goes to a Neapolitan beauty (and for the fourth time): the first to win the title, in 1986, was Roberta Capua. Her coronation has definitely brought her luck opening many avenues for her in the entertainment world.

The formula, decidedly renewed and adapted to the health emergency, had seen in previous editions the conduct of Alessandro Greco. This time, due to the positivity of two competitors, it had been further postponed. That’s why the winner has the 2021 slot but is awarded in February 2022.
