A global leader in luxury travel and experiences, the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will open a new unit in Italy in 2025, in the bustling and cosmopolitan Milan.
O rosewood milan will be well situated on the edge of the Quadrilatero della Moda, the city’s fashion district, and just steps away from the famous shopping avenue Via Montenapoleone, lined with iconic luxury boutiques, antique shops and bustling cafes.
With 70 rooms, including around 20 suites, the property will encompass the historic and emblematic Palazzo Branca and Palazzo della Banca Commerciale, built in the 19th century and former headquarters of Banco Comercial Italiano.
The renowned Parisian company Studio KO . will oversee the design, and promises to create an eclectic, colorful and timeless space at the same time, combining classic details with modern touches that breathe new life and energy into the grand historic building while respecting its cultural heritage. The proposal will be to show in the project the influences of the city’s role as a center of global fashion, creating an urban oasis for the creative luminaries that regularly pass through Milan.
Rosewood Milan will be home to a bar and restaurant with patio and garden and will also house the facilities of the Asaya® wellness center with three treatment rooms, indoor pool and fitness center.
