THE Michelin Guide in partnership with Travel South USA, announced the arrival in the southern region of the United States This Wednesday (2). To find out the best of local cuisine, the edition covers the states of Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
“We are enthusiastic about boarding this new journey to the Michelin Guide, as it will be the first time, since the debut of the guide in North America in 2005, which we launched a regional selection,” he said Gwendal Poullennec International Director of Guides.
