MET Gala: see 10 Brazilian celebrities who have already participated in the event

Considered one of the most important events in the industry, the MET Gala 2024 takes place next Monday (6), in New York.

In addition to marking the opening of the Metropolitan Museum's annual fashion exhibition, the ball also raises funds for the operations of the institution's department, that is, the Costume Institute.

In keeping with the annual tradition, there is a lot of expectation regarding the choices of looks from the personalities who make up the select list of guests, celebrities who do not appear and other controversies that mark the history of the event.

Sonia Braga

Currently 73 years old, Sônia Braga was the first Brazilian to go to MET Gala still in 1990.

For the occasion, the actress appeared in a red dress with sequin applications, a velvet scarf and a deep slit.

In the last three years, Anitta was also present at the event. In her most recent appearance, the singer wore a voluminous shoulder-length black dress, designed by American designer Marc Jacobs.

Since 1999, Gisele Bündchen has been part of the guest list, attracting looks and lots of flashes.
