An Azul plane had to return to its airport of origin this Monday (22) after presenting technical issues after takeoff. Flight AD4001, which had left Natal International Airport – Governador Aluízio Alves, bound for Confins International Airport, in Minas Gerais, landed safely upon returning to the airport of origin.
After returning to Natal, customers disembarked normally. In a note sent to CNN, Azul reported that customers “are receiving all necessary assistance, as provided for in resolution 400 of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and will be reaccommodated on other flights.”
The company regretted the inconvenience caused by this Monday's emergency with flight AD4001. Furthermore, Azul stated that it “reinforces that actions like this are necessary to guarantee the safety of its operations.”
