Matthew Perry acquired the property in Hollywood Hills, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, at the beginning of the second half of last year. His death took place in another mansion, in Pacific Palisades, also in the city of California, in the United States.

The house for sale has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a total size of 752 square meters. The land where it is located measures approximately three thousand square meters.

At the mansion, walls of glass surround a sunny courtyard that sits at the center of the property. The design of the rooms is classic with a modern touch, according to the newspaper. The property is decorated with light walls and furniture and wooden details.

In addition to his income as an actor on “Friends”, an American series that ran between 1994 and 2004, Perry made millions during his life selling properties and exchanging them for smaller mansions.
