Massachusetts: Whale jumped out of water and hit small boat – Miraculously the operator survived

A near miss in the US when one huge whale jumped out of the water and struck a small boat off her shore Massachusetts. The shocking video, which shows the moment the mammal hits the boat, was uploaded to the social media and doing rounds on the internet.

As American media broadcast the mammal, a greater whalecomes out of the sea, menacingly approaches the little one vessel and hits her head, hard on his bow, before water comes in again.

The incident took place last Sunday morning in the White Horse Beach area at Plymouthaccording to city officials.

“It was crazy,” he told NBC Boston Ryder Parkhurst, eyewitness. “The guy in the boat was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, that’s all. It is thrown out and “bang”. It was nailed straight to the bow. I could not believe what I was seeing when I saw that the ship had not sunk.’

In accordance with NBC Newsfrom the collision, no one was injured wounding to its operator, but not any serious damage that threatens its airworthiness. However, it was not known if the largest whale suffered anyone injury.

However, someone wrote in the comments that “fortunately the whale is fine too”.

For their part, the local Fisheries Authorities have issued a notice advising speedboat operators and fishermen to they keep safety distances from the whales in order to avoid similar incidents these days, when the movement of boats is increased.
