Marina Lima and Adriana Calcanhotto perform Billie Eilish’s LGBTQ anthem in concert

The singers Marina Lima, 69, and Adriana Calcanhotto, 59 caught the attention of social media when performing the song “Lunch” by the American singer Billie Eilish, 22, on Saturday night (23).

Marina Lima was presenting a show at the Circo Voador concert hall, in Rio de Janeiro, and called Adriana Calcanhotto on stage when she started to cover “Lunch”. The song talks about the artist having relationships with another woman and was considered an LGBTQIA+ anthem.

The song is part of Eilish’s latest album, “Hit Me Hard And Soft” (2024), and was a milestone for her in the process of asserting herself as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
