Ever since Wanda Di Salvo (Pia Lanciotti) ordered Mimmo (Alessandro Orrei) to kill Rosa Ricci (Maria Esposito) the atmosphere inside the IPM of Sea Out she is more tense than ever. While Ciro and Carmine’s sister (Massimiliano Caiazzo) continue to study each other like two prey who know they have to spend a certain amount of time in the same cage, the boy begins to suspect that Mimmo is a companion of his mother: which is actually true, given that his task is to protect Carmine from the destructive fury of Edoardo and all those who are still convinced that it was he who killed Ciro (Giacomo Giorgio). Meanwhile Gaetano known as Pirucchio (Nicolò Galasso) seems unable to escape his fate: he is a free man, he has re-established his relationship with his parents, but Edoardo (Matteo Paolillo) tamps him by ordering him to kill Mimmo.
While inside the prison of Sea Out Gianni Cardiotrap (Domenico Cuomo) is looking for a way not to go crazy, given that Gemma (Serena Codato) understood that it was he who killed her persecutor Fabio, however promising him not to reveal the truth to anyone, the clashes between Viola (Serena De Ferrari) and Rosa are becoming more and more frequent and violent, to the point that the latter beats her with a moka pot stuck inside a sock to get back the photo of Ciro that Viola had stolen from her. Among other things, Kubra (Kyshan Wilson) agrees to talk to her mother Latifah (Liliana Mele) while choosing not to forgive her, and Rosa takes a big risk because Mimmo almost succeeds in his mission to kill her tying a sheet around her neck in the bathroom: only the timely intervention of Carmine averts the worst allowing the girl to survive.
out of jail, things for Philip (Nicolas Maupas) and Naditza (Valentina Romani) are not going right since they struggle to go on without money, doing what they can to survive. Three new characters from Edoardo’s clan enter the IPM: Diego known as Dobermann (Salahudin Tijani Imrana) and the Di Meo brothers, the eldest Luigi known as Cucciolo (Francesco Panarella), secretly homosexual boy who lost her lover because of her father, who beat him until he killed him, and the younger Raffaele known as Micciarella (Giuseppe Pirozzi). In this phase, in fact, Edoardo needs to have more and more allies, and it is also for this reason that he hopes that Pirucchio can help him by killing Mimmo: if he refuses, his parents will risk their lives.
While Cardiotrap tries to get away from Gemma to allow her to live her life and move forward and while a new educator named Sofia Durante (Lucrezia Guidone), authoritarian woman and critical of the management of the structure, the day of reckoning between Pirucchio and Mimmo has now arrived: the latter is on the beach taking a dip when he is joined by Gaetano, who explains that he has no choice but to confront him to protect his parents. Mimmo tries to reason with him, she tells him that she will help him find another solution, but Gaetano points his gun at him, leading Mimmo to shoot. When the latter approaches him, he discovers that Pirucchio had unloaded his pistol: he just wanted the boy to kill him so he didn’t have to do the dirty work for Edoardo and cause his parents further displeasure. Mimmo tries to save him begging him not to die, but Gaetano breathes his last after looking at the sea one last time, giving the audience one of the strongest and most powerful scenes of all the seasons of Sea Out.
This is the summary of episode 3 (double revenge) and episode 4 (The love that saves) Of Sea Out, the Rai2 series produced by Picomedia, directed by Ivan Silvestrini and written by Cristiana Farina and Maurizio Careddu.
