Marcola's lawyer takes on the defense of Alexandre Correa against Ana Hickmann

After lawyer Enio Martins Murad left Alexandre Correa's formal defense against Ana Hickmann, with allegations of receiving threats, the businessman has a new defender: Bruno Ferullo, who also defends Marco Willians Herbas Camacho, Marcola, a man identified as the top leader of the First Command of the Capital, the PCC.

Ferullo confirmed to CNN this Wednesday (10) that took over the case.

In addition to Marcola, sentenced to 330 years in prison and currently serving his sentence at the Brasília Federal Penitentiary, the lawyer is also responsible for the defense of Nelma Kodama, a money changer convicted of currency evasion, operating an irregular financial institution, active corruption and belonging to criminal organization. Kodama was the first whistleblower of Operation Lava-Jato. She is currently free and is complying with restrictive measures.

Change in defense

In a statement, Correa's then lawyer, Enio Murad, explained the reason for abandoning the case: “I want to seek the investigation of who are the cyber groups and individuals who are concerned about dishonoring my image, intimidating my behavior, including threatening me publicly to death and reporting me to the OAB for my combative behavior in defending my client’s interests.”

“I make it clear to the public that Alexandre Correa never paid my fees, but I believe that he will recover and will fulfill his obligations to me, as he always has, because, after all, I have known him for more than a decade. Sincerely, Enio Martins Murad”, declared Murad at the time.

Remember the case

In November last year, the presenter filed a police report for aggression against her husband, Alexandre Correa, at the family home in Itu, in the interior of São Paulo. She told police that she was talking to her 10-year-old son in the kitchen at home when Correa heard it and didn't like the subject. So he started an argument. The child, scared, would have run out of the room, according to Hickmann.

Correa allegedly pushed his wife against the wall and threatened to headbutt her, according to information contained in the police report. He denies the accusations.

Since then, Correa has been accused of domestic violence and has been fighting in court against his ex-partner.

Recently, the businessman exposed his underage son on social media, to defend himself against the accusation of assault.

Hours after celebrating his tenth birthday with his mother, Ana Hickmann's son appeared in a video filmed and published by his father in which he denied his mother's version of Alexandre's accusation of aggression during a fight.

A few hours after publishing the video, Correa appeared in his own stories stating that he was outraged by his son's coexistence with Ana Hickmann's current boyfriend, Eduardo Guedes, Edu Guedes.

After the episode, Ana Hickmann's office stated that her ex-husband exposed her son “in a vexatious and coercive condition”.
