The Public Prosecutor’s Office at the 27th Criminal Court of the Capital denounced, this Tuesday (12), Yuri de Moura Alexandre, caught attacking actor Victor Meyniel on September 2, in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro. The charges are bodily injury, insult and false identity.
According to the Public Ministry of Rio de Janeiro (MP-RJ), in addition to beating the actor, Yuri offended him with homophobic expressions, in addition to having told military police officers that he was from the Brazilian Air Force (FAB), despite not being part of the institution staff.
The complaint explains that the accused found Victor on the street and invited him to his house. Upon arriving at the place, the two began drinking and having an intimate relationship. However, after the arrival of another resident of the property, Yuri changed his behavior and began shouting at the actor and acting aggressively, pushing him violently, to expel him from the apartment.
At the building’s entrance, Victor found Yuri, who continued to be aggressive.
When the actor complained about his behavior, the accused began swearing and began attacking him. Victor was punched in the face and mouth.
After the actor called the Military Police, the agents found Yuri in his apartment. On that occasion, he presented a badge from the Central Air Force Hospital and identified himself as a soldier, in order to gain an advantage in the treatment.
A CNN contacted the accused and awaits his position.
