A man was arrested for raping his own daughter when the girl was between 1 and 2 years old. He was found by police officers from the Child and Adolescent Victim Police Station (DCAV), on Thursday (28), in Cabo Frio, in the Lagos Region.
According to investigations, in addition to committing rapes, the suspect produced videos of the abuse and stored them on his cell phone. Extensive pornographic material involving other children was also found.
To DCAV police officers, the man admitted that he raped the girl, who is currently 3 years old. At the time of the abuse, the family lived in Rio das Ostras.
The suspicion arose because the girl's mother found the videos and recognized her daughter and the abuser in the images. Furthermore, a sheet with evidence of abuse was found in the family's property.
There was already a temporary arrest warrant against the criminal, for the crimes of rape of a vulnerable person and production and storage of child pornographic material. A search and seizure warrant was also executed at his address.
