MALFY PINK GIN & TONIC
Ingredients: 50ml of Malfy Pink Gin, 150ml of tonic water, Pink grapefruit slice, Rosemary sprig
Preparation: Pour the ingredients into a glass with ice and mix gently. Garnish with the pink grapefruit slice and the rosemary sprig.
MALFY PINK SOUR
Ingredients: 60ml of Malfy Gin Rosa, 25ml of sugar syrup, 30ml of grapefruit juice, 30ml of lemon juice, 30ml of egg white
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with a few ice cubes, shake until super frothy. Strain into a glass and serve.
WRONG CORRECT
Ingredients: 50ml of Malfy Gin Rosa, 25ml of Lillet Rosé, 10ml of Italian bitter, 75ml of prosecco, twist of pink grapefruit peel
Preparation: Pour the first three ingredients into a glass with ice cubes and mix gently. Add the prosecco and garnish with a spiral of pink grapefruit peel.
MALFY & CANDIED FRUIT
Ingredients: 35 ml of Malfy Gin Rosa, 20 ml of Crème de Abricot, ginger beer, candied ginger and mint leaf
Preparation: Pour the ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and top with ginger beer. Garnish with candied ginger and mint leaf.
