The singer Maiara 36, celebrated her new boyfriend’s birthday, Mohamed Nassar last Thursday (19), with a luxurious party at Hotel Rosewood in São Paulo.
During the Arab celebration, Maiara wore a all black dress with gold fringe . She threw herself into belly dancing and even sang some of her duo’s hits, Maiara and Maraisa in a karaoke.
Last Wednesday (18), Nassar asked Maiara for her hand in marriage, during the party to celebrate the influencer’s 50 million followers Virginia Fonseca .
The special moment, according to videos circulated on social media, began when journalist Léo Dias was challenged by countryman Zé Felipe to share some gossip.
Afterwards, he said that the singer would get married first than her sister, Maraisa. “Maiara is getting married before Maraisa! Shall we get engaged today? Get an alliance there, people”, he said.
So, Mohamed was invited to go on stage, got down on one knee and asked his beloved to marry him – including an improvised ring.
Nassar lives in Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, and has an import store in a shopping mall in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, on the border with Brazil.
On his social networks, he shows scenes from trips to national and international destinations — such as Fernando de Noronha, Paris, Lebanon and Greece.
Before the businessman, Maiara had an on-and-off relationship from March 2019 to April 2023 with singer Fernando Zor, a duo from Sorocaba.
After the artist, she dated country singer Matheus Gabriel — a relationship that came to an end in October 2023.
Maiara says she has more than 30 new songs with Marília Mendonça
