Anita used social media this Sunday (5), to talk about Madonna's show on Copacabana beach. The Brazilian singer said that she was honored by the invitation to go on stage and that it was a very special night for Rio de Janeiro.
“Yesterday was a historic night for my city Rio de Janeiro. Madonna ended her tour on Copacabana beach in front of more than 1 million people. Such a special moment for all of us,” she wrote.
“I feel very honored that you invited me to be part of this moment. You represent the freedom of an entire community that yesterday celebrated its victory together,” she added.
Anita was chosen to participate in the presentation of “Vogue” . During the “The Celebration Tour “, a tour that celebrates the singer's 40-year career, Madonna invited several artists to take the stage during the performance of the single.
Throughout the performance, the queen of pop and special guest hold score cards as the singer's dancers perform sensual moves and dance on the runway.
Names like Salma Hayek, Cardi B, Ricky Martin, Kylie Minogue and even her boyfriend, boxing trainer Josh Popper, were also present at this event.
Madonna's free concert held on Saturday night (4) brought more than 1.6 million people to Copacabana beach.
