Madonna in Brazil: discover “Vogue”, a song that brought together celebrities on a historic tour

Next Saturday (4), Madonna returns to Brazil and performs, free of charge, at the Copacabana beach at the Rio de Janeiro . Among his many hits, one of the most memorable songs of his career is “Vogue”, which should be included in the show’s setlist.

The composition was released in 1990 and belongs to the album “I'm Breathless”, soundtrack to the film “Dick Tracy”, a plot in which Madonna was part. An absolute success to this day, the composition pays homage to the dance floor and marked an era by paying tribute to old Hollywood artists.

At “The Celebration Tour “, a tour that celebrates the 40-year career of the American singer, Madonna invited several artists to take the stage during the performance of the single “Vogue”.

Throughout the performance, Madonna and the special guest held score cards as the singer's dancers performed sensual moves and danced on a catwalk. The last guest artist was actress Salma Hayek, who took to the stage dressed as Frida Kahlo, this Friday (26), in Mexico.

In addition to the Mexican actress, names like Cardi B, Ricky Martin, Kylie Minogue and even her boyfriend, boxing trainer Josh Popper, were also present at this event.

The show's setlist, if it continues as presented throughout the tour that toured Europe and the United States, will be filled with hits that span all eras of Madonna's career.

Finally, it is worth remembering that Madonna's arrival in Brazil was confirmed with a video from the sponsoring bank, Itaú, in which the singer appears to the sound of “Vogue”.
