After shaking up the national music industry with the album “Cashew”, the singer Liniker 29, announced the debut of his new tour, named after the album, and promised “grandiose” shows . The first performance takes place at the concert hall Unimed Space in Sao Paulo, on the day November 8th. Tickets can be purchased from September 5th.
“Caju” arrived on all platforms in August 19th . In the week of its release, the album debuted on the global new releases chart of the streaming service Spotify, occupying the sixth position. Among the highlights of the album are the songs “Tudo”, “Caju” and “Veludo Marrom”.
“I was moved by the way the public welcomed Caju,” said the singer in a statement sent to CNN . “It’s a long album that doesn’t follow the rules of the market, with long songs and instrumentals. I’m in the design phase of the show and I think fans will also be surprised by the live experience of Caju. I can’t wait for this meeting.”
“I sang the title track at a performance the week the album was released and everyone knew all the words. Until the tour starts, which will go around Brazil, the songs will become even more present in people’s lives. Will it be something great” promised the singer.
The “Caju” tour will be the result of a partnership between Liniker and Coala Music (an ecosystem that aims to promote Brazilian music and is responsible for the Coala Festival).
