“Laugh and cry”, says David Schwimmer when paying tribute to his friend Matthew Perry

Actor David Schwimmer, who plays Ross in the series “Friends”, said goodbye to actor Matthew Perry, who died at the age of 54 on October 28th. This Wednesday (15), like Jennifer Aniston, Schwimmer paid tribute to his friend, who played Chandler Bing in the series.

“Thank you for ten incredible years of laughter and creativity. I will never forget your impeccable comic timing and delivery. You could take a straight line of dialogue and bend it to your will, resulting in something so original and unexpectedly funny that it still surprises,” began David Schwimmer.

The actor was the fourth member to publicly say goodbye to Matthew. In addition to Rachel Green’s interpreter, Matt LeBlanc and Courteney Cox also published messages of mourning on their networks this Tuesday (14).

“And you had heart. Which you were generous with, and shared with us, so that we could raise a family of six strangers. This photo is from one of my favorite moments with you. Now she makes me smile and cry at the same time.”, continued Schwimmer.

“I imagine you up there, somewhere, with the same white suit, hands in your pockets, looking around…” concluded the actor, who starred with Matthew for 10 years, from 1994 to 2004.
